On May 15, 2023, at the site of the annual production of 12000 tons of fiberglass reinforced plastic products in Shengbao, Shandong, a concentrated groundbreaking event for key projects in Xin'an Street and the groundbreaking ceremony for the annual production of 12000 tons of fiberglass reinforced plastic products in Shengbao Group were held.

Vice Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Qiao Risheng attended the groundbreaking ceremony and announced the start of the project. This project is a key project jointly invested and constructed by Shengbao Company with a foreign investment of 50 million yuan. It is an important measure to increase capital and expand production territory. The total investment of the project is 385 million yuan, covering an area of 136.83 acres with a total construction area of 53000 square meters. New production equipment such as suspension arms, horizontal and vertical winding machines, and CNC molding machines have been purchased, forming a super large production scale of 12000 tons of glass fiber reinforced plastic products per year; Among them, CNC molding products account for 30% and can be widely used in multiple high-tech cutting-edge fields such as chemical industry, construction, shipbuilding, rail transit, and high-speed rail. The project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase, including the 1 # office building, 2 #, 3 #, 4 #, and 5 # workshops, will be completed and put into operation in December 2023. The second phase, the 6 # workshop, is expected to be completed and put into operation in November 2024. The annual sales revenue at that time can reach 400 million yuan, achieving a tax revenue of 35 million yuan and creating more than 200 job opportunities.
